Hailed as one of the popular breakfast dish, sopas is well known in the Philippines as a starter food that will keep you going through out the day or a remedy soup if you're feeling a bit under the weather.
Cooking Instructions

Boil chicken until cooked. When cooked, shred chicken meat and reserve chicken stock.

Sauté onions and garlic until soft
- 3
Add carrots and macaroni and the chicken stock. Bring to a boil.

When the macaroni is 75% cooked add the shredded chicken and simmer for 5 mins.

Put the cabbage and simmer for 5 more minutes
- 6
Add salt and pepper to taste
