Ingredients

20-number
  1. 500 gramsBeef
  2. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  3. 300 gramsPotato, boiled and mashed
  4. 1 cupOnion, finely chopped
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoonsGinger, finely chopped
  6. 3numbers Green chilli, finely chopped
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoonsGaram masala
  8. 1/2 teaspoonLemon juice
  9. as required Pepper powder
  10. 1 sprigCurry leaf, finely chopped
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 1/2 tablespoonsOil
  13. For Frying
  14. 2numbers Egg white
  15. 1 cupFine bread crumbs
  16. Oil - for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the beef with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt, allow it to cool. Mince the cooked meat and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, ginger, green chilli and curry leaf till the onion becomes translucent.

    Add minced meat, garam masala, pepper powder and lemon juice, saute till the mixture becomes dry, allow it to cool.

    Add mashed potato and mix well. Make small balls and roll each balls into any shape.

  5. 5

    Dip each cutlet in egg white and roll in bread crumbs.

  6. 6

    Deep fry the cutlets. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
