Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber (sliced thinly)
  2. 1 bunchpea sprouts (cut into 3 cm length)
  3. 15-20 g salted kelp
  4. 1-2 tbspsesame oil
  5. white sesame for topping
  6. mayonnaise (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl well (except mayonnaise). Let stand for a while to soak up.

    Add mayonnaise and mix well (optional). Sprinkle sesame on top.
