Ingredients

  1. 3Mini Cucumbers
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1 tbspVinegar
  4. 1/2 tbspSoy Sauce
  5. 1/2 tbspSesame Oil
  6. 1/2 tbspSugar
  7. 2 ClovesGarlic, minced
  8. 1 tspChilli Flakes (adjust to taste)
  9. 1 tbspRoasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
  10. 1 tbspFresh Red Chilli Peppers, thinly sliced (optional)
  11. 1 tbspChilli Oil (optional)
  12. Slicethe cucumbers into thin rounds
  13. 1-2Scallions, thinly sliced (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.

    In a container, combine the cucumbers with salt, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, chili flakes, and roasted sesame seeds. If using, add the fresh red chilli peppers and chilli oil. Seal and shake gently until well mixed.
