Ingredients

  1. 10 piecesOkra
  2. 20 piecesTomatoes
  3. as neededPepper as much
  4. Onions 1 bulb
  5. 3 piecesMaggi
  6. Salt a punch to taste
  7. 1 pinchGinger and garlic
  8. 1 pinchCurry powder
  9. as neededWater as much
  10. Ground oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash pepper, tomatoes, and onions, cut and blend

  2. 2

    Steam mixture for 5-10 minutes to drain water

  3. 3

    Wash meat and steam adding little salt and curry powder in it

  4. 4

    Put ground oil on fire and allow to get hot, then pour steamed tomatoes in it and stir

  5. 5

    Add maggi, ginger and garlic, and stir

  6. 6

    Pour meat and water into mixture and add little water depending on how thick you want your stew to be and mix

  7. 7

    Add salt if needed to your taste and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Stew is ready

    Wash and grate okra

  9. 9

    Put little cup of water on fire and allow to boil

  10. 10

    Pour grated okra into water and allow to boil

  11. 11

    Stir each minute to avoid spillage and add a cube of maggi

  12. 12

    Allow to cook very well for about 30 minutes

  13. 13

    Bring down okra, fetch stew and mix with stew and use to eat any swallow of choice.
