Ingredients

  1. 1/2of medium size cabbage- shredded
  2. 1onion diced
  3. 2large tomatoes cut
  4. Oil for frying
  5. 1 halftsp of royco (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a pan and heat.

    Add onions and fry until golden brown then add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add in cabbage and stir. Cover and allow to cook for 15 minutes until soft.

  4. 4

    Serve as a vegetable or with ugali.
