Ingredients

2 serve
  • 1/8of cabbage- shredded
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan and add onions until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add in tomatoes and stir. Add salt and finally shredded cabbage.

  3. 3

    Stir for 10 minutes until it has reduced in size.

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes more minutes then serve when crunchy.
