My friend visit me within the week and she was very hungry all I did was to enter my kitchen just to prepared fast and quick jollof rice it so delicious after eating she demand for more and take away.what a wonderful moment.

Cooking Instructions

Pour the chicken stock and the tomato stew into a sizeable pot and leave to boil for 5min

Add the curry, thyme,pepper,blended crayfish, Maggi allow to boil for 2min.

Add the drained parboiled rice, the water level should be the same level of the rice this is to ensure that all the water dried up by the time the rice is cooked.

Cover the pot and leave to cook on low to medium heat, this way the rice does not burn before the water dried up. Served hot along with fried plantains or salad so appetising and delicious.
