Authentic vada pav with traditional spicy chutney & fried chilli

First crush all potatoes with hand roughly. take a kadai heat 2 tsp oil add rai & kadi patta when it crackled add chilly ginger garlic paste & saute a while

Now add crushed potatoes & add all masalas & mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. keep aside for cooling.

For chutney... dry roast all ingredients of chutney separately & blend it.... believe me its very yumm & beautiful in colour. slit all chillies & deep fry for a while & keep aside

Now in a bowl take besan add red chilli pwd, salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, pinch hing & pinch baking soda. make semi thick batter with water

Now make aalu dough & take ball from it & dip in besan batter & deep fry till golden brown.

Now take a pav & slit it, sprinkle 1tsp chutney decorate vada & fried chilli n enjoy hot & spicy vada pav
