Easy beef stroganoff

Cut beef into bite size pieces. Dice onion and wash and slice mushrooms.

In a deep skillet heat enough oil to coat bottom of pan,brown seasoned meat.

Remove meat add onions and mushrooms cook until tender

Add brown gravy and salt and pepper heat throughly

Add sour cream. More or less to your liking.

Serve over egg noodles.
