Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMilk
  2. 2 tbspGround Cinnamon
  3. 1 tbspCinnamon & Sugar Mix
  4. 1 tbspVanilla
  5. 3 mediumEggs
  6. 3 cupRaisin Bran or Corn Flakes
  7. 3 sliceWhole Wheat Bread
  8. 1 canSpray Butter
  9. 1 tbspButter (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 350°

  2. 2

    Mix Milk, Eggs, Vanilla, Ground Cinnamon together and put to the side

  3. 3

    Crunch or ground Cereal in separate bowl.

  4. 4

    Dip slices of bread in wet mixture, coating both sides. Then, coat bread into cereal mixture, both sides.

  5. 5

    Use spray butter and coat frying pan. Fry for approx. 2-3 minutes, both sides or until golden. *Center will still be moist.

  6. 6

    Put French toast in the oven for approx. 10 minutes or until center is completely firm.

  7. 7

    Let set for 3 minutes. Add optional cinnamon/sugar mixture and butter mix or powdered sugar

I used thick sliced texas toast & used the flakes from honey bunches of oats cereal... tasted great and kids didnt leave a crumb!
