Crispy and Juicy French Toast Crispy and Juicy French Toast
Whenever I ate French toast at a restaurant, it was either too hard or too soggy.I created the perfect recipe for a French toast that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!I always use sliced bread cut into 8 slices (1.5cm thick slices). The result is a superb taste, with bread that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! If the bread is too thick, it tends to become too soggy. For the photos, I used rye bread cut into 6 slices (2cm thick slices), since it has a texture similar to the 8 slice loaf. For 3 slices worth. Recipe by Chococo@Tokyo cookpad.japan -
Fluffy & Delicious French Toast Fluffy & Delicious French Toast
I've been making French toast for a long time. One time I left some leftover bread in the egg liquid for a long time and the French toast I made with it was so fluffy and delicious that I have been making it this way ever since (when I have the time).1* Cut the bread into 3 cm slices.2* Flip the bread once halfway through cooking.3* After you flip the bread, cover the pan with the lid for even fluffier French toast.*If you want it moist and dense, increase the number of eggs (use 3 small eggs). Increase the milk to 180 ml. Add as much sugar as you like. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Crunchy French Toast Crunchy French Toast
The french toast at family restaurants are so good! The people who work there told me they use danish bread.I tried an easy version with butter rolls and it was a big success! The caramelized taste is so crispy and delicious!Finish frying the bread after creating the granulated sugar caramelized coating. Butter rolls are already kind of sweet, so the batter doesn't have any sugar. If you use a baguette or another kind of bread, please adjust the sweetness to taste. Recipe by SYNDY cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Creamy French Toast Fluffy Creamy French Toast
I've been making French toast this way for a long time. I made them with soy milk this time. For those who want to make a low-calorie version:Use soy milk. Instead of sugar, I use 1 teaspoon of an erythritol-based low-calorie sweetener, and leave out the butter and oil.The key is to thoroughly infuse the bread with the egg mixture. Soaking overnight gives a perfect result. If you're in a hurry, let the bread soak for at least 20 minutes. For 2 servings. Recipe by Karupinetto cookpad.japan -
Fluffy French Toast Fluffy French Toast
I came up with this recipe by completely infusing the bread with the egg mixture, then slowly frying it until it's entirely cooked through.4-slice bread (3-cm thick slices) give a fluffy and delicious finish. They burn easily, so fry over low heat. Be sure to cover the pan with a lid. The time it takes to cook will vary depending on the thickness of the bread. I used thick sliced (3 cm) bread. Simple! Fluffy and Moist French Toast Simple! Fluffy and Moist French Toast
My version!Top with powdered sugar, fruit, jam, ice cream, heavy cream, ham, tuna, etc... whatever you like!Actually, it's really simple because you're just mixing the ☆ ingredients and soaking with bread.Because the butter is melted at low heat and the bread is slowly fried at medium-low heat, the heat passes through the center and makes the bread moist and fluffy! Crispy in an Oven French Toast Crispy in an Oven French Toast
A recipe for oven-baked French toast was on display in a bakeware shop near my house, but the recipe used such a tiny amount of liquid. So I modified the recipe in such a way that I thought it would suit my family's tastes better. There's usually no rings free on the hob in the morning as everyone's making their packed lunches, so recipes like this that don't require a frying pan are so handy. Pictured is the recipe made with Danish bread. With this amount of egg mixture you can soak 4 slices of an 8 slice loaf of bread, but please shorten the baking time slightly. The egg mixture will probably not be enough to do 4 slices of an 6 loaf bread, so add one more egg to ensure the bread gets saturated. Note that this will result in a stronger egg taste and the overall result will be less sweet. Recipe by nemarin cookpad.japan
