Snowball Cookies

nom nom nom. also, u can substitute granulated sugar for the confectionary sugar in the mixed ingredients to make a sweeter version. I prefer them to be half cookie half pastry-esque.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Let butter soften (I leave it out overnight).
- 2
Combine butter, powdered sugar and flour (all purpose/white flour) until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- 3
Place bowl of combined ingredients in fridge for 30 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- 4
Spoon dough into rounded balls using your hands. You can make the cookies any size you want reasonably (cooking time won't really vary either). I usually use a tablespoon to scoop the dough into my hand.
- 5
Put the balls of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet and place into the oven on the center rack.
- 6
Cooking time is roughly 15 minutes.
- 7
Dust cookies with powdered sugar when done/cooled.
