Boricua Bar B Cue Ribs
Pork is not just the other white meat. ..it's the main meat for Puerto Rican's. I have no facts as to why. Growing up in a Puerto Rican household we always had some kind of pork cut. Here is how my grandmother showed me to do bar b cue ribs. As I share this, she is 95 years old and still going strong. Wepa!

Mustard Bar-B-Q Sauce
I just wanted a bit different but not overpowering flavor that you cannot taste the meat. It's a subtle flavor and adding a desired wetness to the sandwich or adding a good glaze to the dish. It ends up with a wonderful peppered flavor.

Baked Bar-B-Q ribs
These are great in the oven too.turned out very tender meat falls off the bones. (L)

Kylie's Bar-B-Q Weenies Over Rice
This was a dish my mom made for us as kids, that was a cheap budget friendly recipe that stretched to feed a family of 4 and taste good.. My brother and I loved it. I made this for my daughter as a child and it was her favorite thing to eat. Even her friends in the neighborhood liked it to. So if you have a limited grocery budget, this is one for you. You can double the recipe to make a larger amount and it will still be one of the cheapest dinners you will ever make.

Pyro's Bar & Grill french bread pizza
I will usually add green or red bell pepper but I did not have any at this time

Snackle box Sub/ sandwich bar
All ingredients are of choice, use what you have / what you like. Easy for subs or sandwiches , everything is all in one place easier to make subs or sandwiches. One of our favorites to make other than the salad bar one. Can use multiple containers one for vegetables and one for meats. I ran out of room on this one there, i still had banana peppers, lettuce, baby spinach, to use but not enough to use another container. In this one pictured I used: mushrooms, red onions, cucumber, black olives, ham, and turkey, lunchmeat, pepperoni and salami, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and provolone cheese. Some compartments have two things in them: the meats and cheeses . This is a great option for on the go to take somewhere or even food prep . We like to pick out of throughout the week for lunches and restock as needed.

Hot cocoa bar
Every winter I make a hot cocoa bar to start up our holidays . Well i lost or they broke idk Christmas containers idk 🤷♀️. So I did it this way . Will say if you have to bring something or entertain little ones around the holidays , this would be it on the go version, just pack it up and put it out on a counter top or table and everyone can enjoy a nice cup of bougie hot chocolate. ( also would make for a great DIY gift for the holidays for anyone, all kinds of hot cocoa stuff and they get to keep the container)Hot cocoa bars are very popular and now they make so much stuff for them you can go all out and have a luxury or bougie hot chocolate.I normally make my own mix but didn’t this year I wanted easy and convenient.2024

Mike's Sunday Omelet & Fresh Fruit Bar
In our house, we seldom have leftover dinner nights. What we do have is Sunday morning Fruit and Omelet Breakfast Bars that usually use up most of our leftovers. This really is a great way to begin a busy Sunday with your family!

California Farm Griddled Barbecued Fajitas

Elisa's Guava & Honey dip

Apple Bourbon BBQ Pork
I made this with chicken ( I forgot to take pictures will have to next time) if you use pork chops you’d make same, fry in pan, put to side , add sauce with apples cook till starts to thicken, add chops ( or chicken) till coated I didn’t let sauce get too thick and served over rice..

Smoky Barbecue Sauce
This is one of the best homemade barbecue sauces I've found. I use it all the time but usually have to double the recipe for my big family & huge crockpot. Haha. Recipe Source: http://tastykitchen.com/blog/2011/09/smoky-bbq-sauce/

Grilled "Planked" Salmon with Peach - Mango Salsa
This is a very easy dish to prepare. Using the “cedar plank” method on the grill ensures a very moist piece of salmon fillet. It’s been said that the Native American Indians used this cooking method long ago. Topping the fillets with salsa gives it enriched flavor, color, and added moisture.

Asian Barbecued Shrimp
Pretty simple, and fast. I serve it over rice pilaf.

California Farm Plum Pizza
Just like other pizzas, a pizza dough bottom is topped and baked with fresh ingredients, but fruit pizzas are made with sweet dough and are decorated with strips of sweet dough and the topping is fruit only. A medieval recipe, originally made with dried fruits. This recipe also has a vegan version below.

BBQ jackfruit sandwich with pineapple slaw
This is a great vegan dish that tastes just like BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. The pineapple overs a nice sweetness to it. I get my Jackfruit from Whole Foods in a can, you can get it fresh but it is very difficult to cut up as the fruit is massive. You can also buy premade bbq jackfruit from the brand Upton if in a time crunch.

Guac-holy-mole
My 11yr daughter "giggies" named this one lol

Apples and Oranges Barbecued Chicken
I have always loved fruits in barbecue sauces. Usually we have guava, pineapple, or papaya and so on, but I always wanted to do apples and Oranges together. So here it is I hope you enjoy this. The sauce mixture mixed with the chicken drippings turned out delicious.I didn't measure the spices for the chicken because if you get 6 chicken thighs at one place it may be a different size then at another place. So if I put a measurement on the spices you may have over salted or under salted.

California Farm Barbecued Whole Fish
We like to grill a whole fish per person, head on, 2/3 pounds, for dinner and leftover fish bouillion, like pompano, butterfish or tilapia. Rubbed inside with soy sauce, barbecued with a slice of lemon inside. These bony fishes grill well, flakey and juicy without oily taste, on the barbecue, cook in minutes, with a hint of smoke. Leftover grates, bones, skin and heads are saved to make delicious fishbroth for freezing.Served with black bean and tomato sweet and sour lemon onion salad side dish, fresh pickled kimchi and fresh rhubarb dessert.

Easy Guava Cheesecake
Great recipe!!! Sorry I don't have my own picture. This is the Kraft© one I found in Google that actually looks like the one I make. The last Guava Cheesecake I made it was for a Thanksgiving diner at my work and never got the chance to take a picture 😕
