Mustard Bar-B-Q Sauce

I just wanted a bit different but not overpowering flavor that you cannot taste the meat. It's a subtle flavor and adding a desired wetness to the sandwich or adding a good glaze to the dish. It ends up with a wonderful peppered flavor.

Kansas City BBQ Sauce Kansas City BBQ Sauce
My sauce adventures continue with Kansas City BBQ sauce. This is a thick, sweet and tangy sauce. Because of its thickness it tends to sit on top of the meat rather than bake in much. The high sugar content can cause it to burn over hot coals, so best brushed on in the latter stages of grilling. aldo -
