Scramble egg, pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic salt in a bowl

Peel the potatoes

Shred Potatoes and put them in the egg bowl

Heat Pan/Griddle to 300° and grease it

Shred the onion and mix it with the potatoes and egg. You can mix it with a spoon or cover the bowl and shake it.

Put the potatoe mix evenly in the pan/griddle.

Flip them in 8 squares every 5 minutes

Cook until mostly brown

Top it off with some ketchup and hot sauce and BAM, you're done!
