Ingredients

  1. 1 eachpotato
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tsppepper
  4. 3 tspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Place potato on a cheese grater. Soak the potato slivers in a cold water bath. (See how I use the strainer, makes it easy.) This step removes the starch from the potato.

    Strain. Place on heated and oiled pan. Add seasoning. Cover. Let cook for about five minutes.

  3. 3

    Flip the potato slivers. Let cook for another five minutes. Serve.
