Stole this from a busy mum who did this with fish fingers, don't quite get that but hey, each to their own. But sausages, beans, mash, that works. So if your a busy mum or dad this is quick, easy, and kids love it, and you can prepare ahead.

Ingredients

8good quality sausages
2tins baked beans
2 largeonions fried
6 largepotatoes
200 gramsgrated cheese
1ground black pepper
1salt
50 gramsbutter

Cooking Instructions

10 mins

Cook sausages and set aside in oven dish.

Cover sausages in beans, thats the hardest bit.

Fry onions until golden brown and add to dish

Boil and mash potatoes with butter, cheese, salt, pepper, and add to dish.

Arrange potato with fork and bake until golden brown.

Serve with fresh bread and pickle of choice.
