  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 1 eachmedium onion, chopped
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 tspminced garlic
  5. 2 candiced tomatoes
  6. 1 can8 oz tomato sauce
  7. 1 cupwater
  8. 1 headsmall cabbage, chopped
  9. 1 tsppepper
  10. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Brown ground beef and onion with small amount of oil in a deep dish skillet, drain

  2. 2

    Add minced garlic and quickly saute it with the other ingredients

  3. 3

    Add water, diced tomatoes and tomatoes sauce.

    Season with salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Place chopped cabbage inpan and toss to combine all ingredients

  6. 6

    Cover pan with lid and simmer for 30 minutes or until cabbage is cooked
