Ingredients

  • 1 headgreen cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 3/4 cupinstant rice uncooked
  • 2 lbground beef
  • 1 tspworcestershire sauce
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 1 mediumgreen bell pepper
  • 2celery stalks
  • 2 canhunts seasoned tomato sauce for meatloaf 15.25 oz per can
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheese of your choice (optional)
  • seasoned salt
  • black pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with onion celery bell pepper and worcestershire sauce

  2. 2

    Cut cabbage into medium size pieces and boil until its slightly tender

  3. 3

    Add cabbage to crockpot with water

  4. 4

    Add rice on top of cabbage

  5. 5

    Once beef mixture is ready (no pinkness) add to crockpot

  6. 6

    Pour both cans of meatloaf sauce on top of beef mixture

  7. 7

    Add salt and pepper to taste

  8. 8

    Mix well

  9. 9

    Cover, cook on high for 3 hours 30 minutes.

  10. 10

    Add shredded cheese to top, cook on high 30 more minutes or until cheese is melted.

  11. 11

    Serve and enjoy!
