Ingredients

  1. 19-inch pie crust
  2. 2 tbspbutter
  3. 1 tspgarlic
  4. 1 1/2 cupdiced cooked ham
  5. 1 1/2 cupshredded old cheddar
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 4eggs, beaten

Cooking Instructions

    Prehest oven to 350°F

    Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, stir ham and garlic into the melted butter for about 5 minutes.

    Transfer to pie crust

    Beat cheese, milk, eggs and black pepper together in a bowl; pour over the ham mixture.

  5. 5

    Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean, 30 to 45 minutes.
