This is my Grandma's recipe, we have been eating it since we were kids. The best pie i've ever had. Can be substitued with peaches, blueberries or strawberries 😊

Ingredients

  1. 3cups raspberries
  2. 1small box raspberry or strawberry jello
  3. 1pie crust
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1 cupwhite sugar
  6. 2 tbspcornstarch

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pot, mix together water, jello, sugar and cornstarch. Bring to a boil. Simmer and stir until mixture starts to thicken *won't get very thick*

  2. 2

    Let mixture cool, stiring often

  3. 3

    Place berries in pie crust.

  4. 4

    Once the jello mixture begins to set, pour over berries.

  5. 5

    Chill. Once set, enjoy :)
