This recipe is inspire by a Norwegian cheese pie. We tried making it for the first time and found that the textures and flavour were perfectly combined. The cream cheese was light, soft and not too sweet, so I thought it's the most delicious cheese pie I've ever try!

Ingredients

8 pieces
  1. -cream cheese-
  2. 130 gcream cheese
  3. 130 gyogurt
  4. 130 gwhipping cream
  5. 1 tbsplime juice
  6. 7 ggelatin
  7. 40 gsugar
  8. 60 ghot water
  9. Royal blueberry in syrup (Duncan Hines wilderness)
  10. - crumble -
  11. Ritz cracker 3/4 of the package
  12. grounded almonds 50 g (optional)
  13. 1 tbspsalted butter
  14. 1/2 tbsphoney

Cooking Instructions

    Add hot water into sugar and gelatine. Then keep stirring until they're dissolved and leave it cool

    Mash a cracker and mix them with an added honey, salted butter and ground almonds before putting it firmly at the base of a mold. Freeze the crumble for 15 mins

    Beat whipping cream with the highest speed and later add a prepared cream cheese, yogurt and lime juice respectively.

    Pour the mixture into the crumble mold and freeze it for 30 mins

    Topping the finished pie with blueberry in syrup, and put it the fridge so it's ready to serve~ Enjoy!!
