I would so rather sauté veggies than steam them, so I added some garlic, lemon zest and parmigiana for a delicious flavor combo! Everyone loved it! Snow peas were fresh from our garden.

Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchFresh Snow peas, rinsed and trimmed
  2. 2 tspOil of choice for sautéing (I used avocado oil)
  3. 2 cloveGarlic, minced
  4. 1Zest of half a lemon
  5. 1Grated Parmesan, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and trim your fresh snow peas.

  2. 2

    Add oil to your pan along with grated lemon zest.

  3. 3

    On med-hi heat, begin sautéing snow peas, for about a minute, until they soften a little.

  4. 4

    Add garlic and sauté for another minute.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and grate Parmesan onto dish. Enjoy!!
