Crunchy and Delicious! Pan-Fried Sugar Snap Peas Crunchy and Delicious! Pan-Fried Sugar Snap Peas
Freshly picked sugar snap peas out of the garden are sweet and delicious eaten raw! But they're a little too raw for me. I've heard that they taste better fried than boiled, so I experimented with it. It certainly seals the taste inside by pan-frying them, and is closer to the unique taste of the raw sugar snap peas. They look delicious if they are lightly browned on the surface. Since snap peas can be eaten raw, you don't need to worry too much about the cooking time or the strength of the heat. Just eyeball them. They taste good as they are and you can enjoy them even more with paired with your favorite dips. Recipe by an0v0ko cookpad.japan -

I tried replicating a similar dish that I had at a restaurant, which is famous for its delicious vegetable side dishes. When you are using mild grated cheese, the dish will need more salt. When you are using salty cheese, you don't need to add salt later!Olive oil helps the cheese to be incorporated in the dish better, but you don't have to add it! Recipe by Atsuka cookpad.japan -

How to de-String Sugar Snap Peas How to de-String Sugar Snap Peas
You often hear the advise to string the pod starting from the tip and then going all the way around it, but the string of some sugar snap peas can't be removed nicely and the tip part of the pod is too hard to work with...So, I tried to string them with a handy toothpick, and voilà, I was able to remove the strings easily! It might be easier to remove the strings if you poke the toothpick slightly closer to the tip of the pod just like deveining shrimp. Boiled Sugar Snap Peas in the Microwave Boiled Sugar Snap Peas in the Microwave
I've been preparing these sugar snap peas like this during this long break when I have been staying with my grandmother. My grandfather likes to eat these with beer but my grandmother just eats them whenever she's hungry.I'm worried that this recipe is too short to be even called a recipe. Unlike boiling in water, the flavor doesn't leak out of these sugar snap peas when heating them in the microwave Please be careful when you take them out of the microwave as they'll be hot. The texture of these peas is much better if you remove the tough strings beforehand. Recipe by yoshring cookpad.japan -
