Sausage and beans
my husband's new favourite and so easy to make.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6

Chop onion, pepper, celery, green beans and chilli. And anything else you have in the cupboard to add.

Fry sausages in a little oil.

Open cans and pour into a casserole dish. Add chopped ingredients. Add stock, mustard, salt and black pepper. Mix it up. You can aslo add herbs here if you want.

Place sausages in casserole dish.

Put in the oven with the lid on for 30-40 mins.

Serve with rice
