  1. roast
  2. 4 1/2 lbpork roast
  3. 1 gallonwater
  4. 4 largeonions sliced
  5. spices
  6. 6bay leaf
  7. 1 tbspturmeric
  8. 1 tspground schezwan
  9. 1 1/2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  10. 1 tspred pepper flakes
  11. 1 tbsppink Himalayan salt
  12. 3/4 cupchives
  13. 1 cupwater
  14. 2 tbspcornstarch

Cooking Instructions

    Put the pork in a deep pot. Add water Add spices and onions. Over bring to a boil let cook 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Put all the juices, roast, and spices in the refrigerator 2 days.

    After two day put on to cook on low heat. Cook for 3 -1/2 hours. Bring to a boil mix water and cornstarch. Add to pork broth will thicken a bit, serve, hope you enjoy!
