2 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt and Pepper
1/3 cupHot Sauce
3/4 cupHoney
1/4 tspGarlic Powder
2Eggs

Gather ingredients.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Mix a bowl of the flour, salt, and pepper.

In a separate bowl whisk egg with a splash of water.

Cut chicken into strips.

Start by dipping chicken into eggs.

Immediately following dredge it in the flour mixture.

Pop them in the oven for 25 mins!

While this is cooking boil hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder.

Take chicken out and switch oven to broil.

Dip chicken into sauce mixture and put back on pan and pop them in the oven to broil for 5 minutes.
