I used rice vinegar not rice wine vinegar this is a very yummy recipe full of flavor
Cooking Instructions

Peel and slice the cucumbers thinly, coarsely, and cubed. This will insure the difference in texture, and taste especially in the absorption of vinegar and salt.

Add chopped onion, dill seeds, salt, basil, and paprika.

Let sit at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve hope you enjoy!

Midsummer Cucumber Salad
I decided not to garden this year. Thankfully, I have a generous neighbor who provides me with the bounty from his. He provides the cucumbers, I provide the salad.
