I love this dish with pork BBQ the vinegar helps cut the richness of the pork fat. It is so versitile you can adjust the flavors to your own tastes. Enjoy :)
Cooking Instructions

Mix together sour cream, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Slice cucumbers and onions thinly and add to sour cream mixture.

Make sure to make to make the dressing separate from the cucumbers. That way you can adjust the flavors

Let all the ingredients marinate for at least an hour. The longer it sits the better. Make sure to refrigerate. You can adjust the vinegar and sugar to your liking. I like mine a bit more sour, so if you want you can cut back on the vinegar.
