Goes very well with meat as an alternative to mashed potatoes. Even if you're not a big fan of spinach, try it!

Ingredients

  1. 3big potatoes
  2. 500 gramsfrozen spinach, unthawed
  3. 1glug good quality olive oil
  4. 1salt
  5. 1ground black pepper
  6. 1italian seasoning
  7. 1 pinchchili powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and dice your potatoes. Put them in a big pot, completely submerged in cold salted water. Bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes

    Then add your frozen spinach to the pot and bring back up to the boil. Cook for about 7 minutes

    Take off heat and drain. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, a glug of olive oil and italian seasoning. Blend the spinach and potatoes into a creamy purée. Serve warm
