  1. 1 lbGround Beef ( 93/7 )
  2. 1 tbspGround Cumin
  3. 1 tbspTumeric
  4. 2 tbspGarlic
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspPepper
  7. 1 tspItalian Seasoning
  8. 2 dashCayenne Powder
  9. 1 tbspChili Powder
  10. 1 canBlack Beans
  11. 1 canKidney Beans ( Light )
  12. 1 canKidney Beans ( Dark )
  13. 1 canPinto Beans
  14. 1 eachBell Pepper ( whatever color you like! )
  15. 1 eachCarrot - shredded
  16. 1 cupGround Flax Seed
  17. 1 eachDiced Red Onion ( whatever kind you like )
  18. 1 packagesHillshire Farms Beef Sausage
  19. 1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Spray a good coat of no-stick spray inside your crock pot.

  2. 2

    Cook beef with seasonings until no longer pink and add to crock pot.

  3. 3

    Cook sausage and add to crock pot.

  4. 4

    Dice all veggies and add to crock pot.

  5. 5

    Add all cans of beans, flax and water to crock pot.

  6. 6

    Cook on low for 6 hours!
