  1. 1(16 oz) box macaroni
  2. 2 cupmayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cupchicken stock
  4. 1green pepper, diced
  5. 1/2 cupradishes, diced
  6. 1/2 cuponion, finely diced
  7. 1salt & pepper, to taste

    Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain macaroni well, and rinse with cold water until pasta has cooled.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine mayonnaise with chicken stock.

    Whisk together well and season with a bit of salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Add in drain pasta along with green pepper, radishes and onions. Stir until well combined.

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
