Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupmelted butter
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 1/2 cupflour
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 3/4 cupmilk
  7. 3ripe banana
  8. 1 cupbrown sugar or white sugar
  9. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
  10. 1/4 cupchocolate chips
  11. 1 tspvanilla extract
  12. 1oatmeal and ground cinnamon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 450

    In a bowl, Mash the bananas with a fork

    Add the butter to the bananas

  4. 4

    Add the beaten egg to the mixture

  5. 5

    Add sugar and vanilla extract

  6. 6

    Add the milk

  7. 7

    Add the walnuts and chocolate ships

  8. 8

    add the flour and baking soda

  9. 9

    Spoon equal quantity into the muffin tray

  10. 10

    Bake them for 20 -30 min
