Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsshimeji mushroom
  2. 200 gramssoba noodle (buckwheat)
  3. SOBA SOUP
  4. 100 mlkikomon soup base sauce
  5. 700 mlwater
  6. GARNISH
  7. 1 tspotona no furikake ( soy flavour bonito and seaweed topping )

    SOBA NOODLE

    bring water to a boil then add soba noodle simmer for 5 minute then cool in runny water then drain set aside

  3. 3

    SOBA NOODLE SOUP

  4. 4

    put soup base sauce and water in pot to a boil then add soba noodle and shimeji mushroom for 1 minute then serve immediately

  5. 5

    SERVE AS IT IS OR TOP GARNISH
