Perfect with pulled pork (check out my recipe)

the first coleslaw recipe i made and loved, this is a variation of a recipe i found online. I use a food processor to shred the veggies. Before I got a food processor I would just criss-cross cut the cabbage and use a peeler on the carrot! Be careful not to use too much onion!

I’ve been trying to make coleslaw that tastes amazing, but nothing tasted super amazing until I changed two ingredients from traditional recipe. 😋

Great when strapped for time or need a last minute solution.
