  1. 1Large Avocado (or two smaller avocados)
  2. 6egg yolks
  3. 2 tspcilantro
  4. 3 tsplime juice
  5. 2 tbspred onion
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. pepper
  8. salt
  9. 1paprika
  10. 6Hardboiled eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Hardboil 6 eggs

    Halve hardboiled eggs and remove yolks

  3. 3

    Mash egg yolks and avocado. Add lime juice, cilantro, red onion, salt, pepper, garlic and stir.

    Fill a zip lock baggie with Avocado mix and seal. Cut off bottom corner of zip lock baggie to create a makeshift pastry bag.

    Dust with paprika to taste

  6. 6

    squeeze avocado filling into the vacant yolk bowl of your hard boiled egg.
