Hardboil 6 eggs

Halve hardboiled eggs and remove yolks

Mash egg yolks and avocado. Add lime juice, cilantro, red onion, salt, pepper, garlic and stir.

Fill a zip lock baggie with Avocado mix and seal. Cut off bottom corner of zip lock baggie to create a makeshift pastry bag.

Dust with paprika to taste

squeeze avocado filling into the vacant yolk bowl of your hard boiled egg.

My family has handed this recipe down for at least 3 generations and it's a huge family staple at our holidays. The theory behind this is the dirtier a martini the more olive juice so it's the same with these dirty deviled eggs.However that being said I don't know actual measurements you kind of have to mix and taste to your liking.
