Add the sour cream in a bowl and chop cucumber into very small pieces

Add the cucumber, onion salt to the cream and mix and add to serving dip dish. If you can put it all in a blender that too would do. (I like it with bits of cucumber in it.

Tzatziki dip....classic Greek appetizer...there was a time when I was obsessed with Greek food...specially the dips...Everytime we went out I would insist on going to a restaurant which served authentic Greek food so that I could order a meze platter...but then I decided to make it at home so I could enjoy it whenever I wanted...and one of those dips is this easy to make and healthy tzatziki sauce or dip...it can be made in advance and is a perfect condiment for burgers or as a dip for pita bread or veggies...This is my contribution to #CookClick
