Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2avocados — halved, pitted and peeled
  2. 3 tablespoonslemon juice
  3. 1/2large (8 ounces) cucumber, 3/4 finely chopped and 1/4 fine
  4. 2 cupsdairy-free yogurt
  5. 2 tablespoonschopped dill
  6. 2 tablespoonschopped mint
  7. 1 teaspoonlemon zest
  8. 2garlic cloves, finely grated
  9. 1/2serrano chile — stemmed, seeded and minced
  10. to tasteSalt and freshly ground black pepper,
  11. Raw vegetables and pita chips, for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mini food processor, purée the avocados with the lemon juice until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Serve with raw veggies or pita chips.
