Ingredients

  2. 1 tablespoontahini
  3. 1 tablespoonyogurt
  4. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt and pepper
  7. 2 tablespoonlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash peel chop the squash

    Over medium heat cook the squash without water for over 20 minutes and keep stirring, let it cool and squeeze from their juice

  3. 3

    Using the blender add all the ingredients and blend for 3 minutes to make smooth like hummus serve with bread chips and vegetables
