Apple Pie Oatmeal

An apple a day keeps the doctor away!
So how about stirring up your apple in the oats to get extra benefit? Yes you heard it right. Cooking oatmeal with mashed apple not only uplifts the flavour but also gives you extra nourishment. For more exciting taste, try cooking your oatmeal in fresh apple juice instead of water. I personally love creamy oatmeal so much that I can eat it almost everyday therefore I mostly add water or nut milk to my oats. Skip the sugar and add natural sweetners like I added apple and banana. It may not look that fancy but hey don't go for the looks as internal beauty is always more appealing than external beauty.
This is perfect balanced meal for your morning breakfast and the best part, it gets ready in minutes. Just keep in mind the toppings you add to your Oats because we have to be careful with the calories intake too. Do not add too much of nuts/ seeds / fruits to oats just to enhance it's flavour cause this way you will ruin the whole purpose of consuming oats.

Remember : Moderation is the key to fitness.
