Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 1/3 cuppecan flour/meal
  2. 2 largeeggs
  3. 2 tbspbaking powder
  4. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  5. 1 tspground black pepper, freshly cracked
  6. 1/4 tspkosher salt
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1/4 cupbutter
  9. 8 ozcoconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 450°Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Mix pecan flour with 2 heaping tablespoons baking powder, eggs, coconut milk, pinch of salt, and oil.

    Spray an oven safe pan with nonstick spray. Pour the batter over the bottom covering all the bottom evenly. Score the top where you wamt to cut. Then sprinkle the kosher salt over the top. Crack black pepper over the top

    Bake in oven 12 - 15 minutes till done. Melt butter when done brush over the top.

    Let sit 5 minutes serve, hope you enjoy!
