Not a fan of paying $3 at a fast food joint and prefer the ability to customize over the jimmy dean ones.
These come in under $1 each, you can use farm fresh eggs and real cheese! and you can make a ton of them to last all month in a relatively short time. I even give some to family and friends. Makes for a quick morning with no mess

Ingredients

30 mins
8 servings
  1. 1 canbiscuits
  2. 8eggs
  3. 4 slicecheese
  4. 8 slicebacon
  5. 1/4 packagesfrozen chopped bell pepper onion mix (or fresh) optional
  6. 1/2 cupmilk, optional

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Cook biscuits as directed let cool and cut in half

  2. 2

Microwave onion and bell pepper mix till room temp drain excess water (or use fresh, or don't use)

  3. 3

Cook bacon however you normally do, (I use the pre cooked microwavable kind)

  4. 4

Scramble eggs and milk (I do one at a time to keep it even)

  5. 5

Put about a teaspoon of onion bell pepper in pan pour egg on top, if you just scoot the egg around keeping it in a biscuit size circle it'll stay together then flip it, once cooked put on a plate to cool

  6. 6

For freezer, wait till everything is room temp before assembling (minions are good for this). Biscuit bottom, egg, 1 slice bacon broke in half, half slice cheese, biscuit top. I stay away from those individually wrapped cheese like substance slices gagg lol

  7. 7

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap then place in freezer bag

  8. 8

To eat from freezer, wrap in paper towel, microwave 1:30 on 30% power, flip then 2 minutes on 30% power
