This is guacamole done my way. There are many variations of this recipe. I like it blended because I don't care for chunks of raw onion, but I enjoy the flavor an onion adds. I like jalapenos for flavor and some heat. The "heat" will vary depending on the variety of jalapeno, it's maturity, and how it was grown.

In many countries, avocados, known as 'palta' in some places, are eaten sweet. Personally, I like them savory. Perfect with fish, meats, poultry, tostadas, tacos, sandwiches, or simply as a snack.

I love guacamole and have researched various combinations to my preference.To reduce the bite of raw onions, soak in a bowl of water beforehand.Adjust the amount of spice to taste.Please try this as a tortilla chip dip. For 2 servings. Recipe by PGTips
