Ingredients

  1. 1 headCabbage
  2. 4 tbspolive oil, extra virgin (basically enough to coat the cabbage)
  3. 1salt (as much as you like)
  4. 1black pepper (as much as you like)
  5. 1Butter (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Pour olive oil in a pot

  2. 2

    Chop up the cabbage in small pieces and put it in the pot

  3. 3

    Use a spoon and stir the cabbage around so the olive oil coats all the pieces

  4. 4

    Cook on med heat and stir frequently until the cabbage starts to get tender

  5. 5

    Once the cabbage starts to get tender cover the pot with a lid for a few mins to lock in the moisture

  6. 6

    After the cabbage is completely tender add a very small amount of butter if you like then eat and enjoy :)

Delicious, will definitely make again, I added onion to mine and finished it with a little lemon pepper seasoning.
