Cabbage is one of the foods that are very rich in roughages. Its fun and easy and takes a short time to prepare. What I love about cabbage is fact that it can an accompaniment to most foods such as rice chapati or any stew.

Cabbage is one of the foods that are very rich in roughages. Its fun and easy and takes a short time to prepare. What I love about cabbage is fact that it can an accompaniment to most foods such as rice chapati or any stew.
Steps

Wash the cabbage with cold water and remove all the outer dirty parts.

Then slice the cabbage into small pieces according to your taste and preference

Into a cooking pan put one tbsp of oil and add the diced onions.

Fry the onions till they turn golden brown.Then add one cut tomatoe and continue frying.

Then add the cut cabbage and mix. Cover the cabbage and let it boil for a about 5minutes.

Serve while hot with rice, chapati,or ugali.
