Fried Cabbage
This was a meatless Monday dish.
Steps

Chop cabbage, onion and bell peppers

Place butter (you can use olive oil) in skillet till hot
- 3
add onions, bell peppers in pan cooking for about a miniute
- 4
Add garlic, butter, cabbage, salt, pepper and cayenne
- 5
toss to coat, let cook for 3-4 minutes
- 6
Add Carrots and cook for another 2 minutes
