Ingredients

  1. Apple Mixture
  2. 1/3 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 8 cupapples
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  6. Topping
  7. 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  8. 1 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  9. 1 tspbaking powder
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. 8 tbspbutter/margarine

Cooking Instructions

    Butter an approximately 8x12 pan.

    Peel, core, and slice the apples into small pieces

  3. 3

    Mix apples with the 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and Cinnamon.l

  4. 4

    Place apple mixture into pan.

  5. 5

    Mix together the 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 1/2 cup brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.

    Mix the margarine in until it is a fine crumb.

  7. 7

    Pour the topping mixture on top of the apple mixture and shake down a little bit.

    Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Very delish! Everyone loved it!! I only put 1/4 cup of sugar in the apple mixture. Definitely my go to recipe now! ~(o.o)~
