1 cupapple cider
Topping:
1 cupbrown sugar
1 cupflour
1 cupslightly softened butter

Preheat oven 350°

Grease 9x14 deep casserole dish

Arrange sliced apples in dish, add spices and cider

In bowl mix dry ingredients, cut in cold butter

Sprinkle topping over apples

Bake approx 45 minutes or until apples are tender

Serve warm with a good quality vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream. Cinnamon and/or nutmeg for garnish
