These are awesome. Light tasty cookies. Easy to make and you cant stop eating them. Experiment with different cake mixes. Orange is awesome.

I like crunchy cookies with a small amount of butter, so I created this recipe.Soften the butter. If you can't combine the dough, butter is most likely the problem. I learned this recipe from my friend @Trang Tran on Cookpad. These cookies are crispy and rich. They're perfect for snacking when you're feeling peckish. They are quite high in calories, so just have a little now and then. (That's a promise to myself!) But if you're looking to gain weight, feel free to enjoy them more often!

I grew up with quite a few Italian bakeries around town. I've searched for ten years for a recipe. Found it on pinterest! Now I'm on a search for the colored ones with the sprinkles on them. I don't know what they're called though. : )

But how relaxing is it to make cookies at home with the little helper? We like it so much; this time it was the butter biscuits (recipe taken from my new book "Christmas Sweets") to which I made some small changes and covered some with chocolate, others with cinnamon powder and others with cane sugar 😀 Simple and quick to to prepare, butter biscuits are excellent for breakfast or as a snack, they can be kept for a few days in a tin box 😉
